SMALL WORKS ROSTER
| The Small Works Roster is used for soliciting bids, without public advertisement, from contractors on public works construction projects valued between $45,000 (for a single trade) or $90,000 (for multiple trades) and $300,000. Work costing less than $45,000 or $90,000 is normally performed by University personnel. Work estimated to cost more than $300,000 is publicly advertised. There are three categories on the Small Works Roster: General Contractors, Mechanical Contractors, Electrical Contractors each under two separate Rosters: 1) Seattle, Tacoma, Bothell campuses and other locations, and 2) UW Medical Center and Harborview Medical Center. Applications for the Small Works Roster are accepted any time during the year, and contractors placed on the Roster must meet certain responsibility criteria as outlined on the application form.
