  • Small Works Roster Projects (estimated to cost less than $200,000 and you have previously obtained the UW Project Manager's permission to use the Small Works Roster process)
 
  • Informally Bid Projects (less than $55,000 for multiple trade projects or less than $35,000 for single trade projects, and you have previously obtained the UW Contracts Manager's permission to use this process)
