This project is an extension of Business School – Phase I and will replace the existing Foster Library book stack space currently located in the Balmer basement, and will also provide a loading dock facility to serve the entire Business School complex. The current scheme will provide 60,000 gross square feet at an expected project cost of $46.8M. The architect is LMN Architects.
