UWPT PROCESS
  1. A department identifies a facility-related need or opportunity.

    NOTE: Follow your college/school or departmental practices and procedures for identifying, reviewing and approving potential projects.

  2. The authorized department representative enters the necessary information into UWPT to establish the project. The Tracker number is captured by the representative upon creation.

  3. UWPT staff:
    • Receives the information
    • Solicits any necessary clarification from the requester
    • Forwards the request to the appropriate service provider
    • Verifies that the project information is updated on a regular basis
    • Assists department representatives and other information seekers in using UWPT
