Project Description:
Expand the existing Activities and Recreation Center to support the demand resulting from consistent student enrollment growth and the new one thousand student resident population on-campus. Additionally, the original facility was constructed using natural ventilation, which is not adequate, therefore the scope of the expansion will also address improvements to the ventilation system. The first step will be a feasibility study to develop options for programming and to assess funding opportunities that align with the desired project scope.
